The recent summary report of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between HIPC and CTTC shows that over the past 10 years, the two units have had many effective and harmonious cooperations for students, schools and businesses.

      Recognizing the importance of human resources, HIPC and CTTC have actively cooperated in job introduction and connecting students with businesses. HIPC has regularly participated in CTTC Job Fair for many years. These events have attracted a large number of skilled students, meeting the recruitment needs of investors in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park.

      In 2021, HIPC and Cao Thang Technical College successfully coordinated to organize the "Workshop on implementing the Production Improvement Program at Vietnamese enterprises in the field of supporting industries and finished product manufacturing". The workshop created opportunities for businesses to access and directly exchange with consultants on support policies and solutions to improve production capacity, reduce costs and increase profits, thereby creating a competitive advantage in the international market.

      In addition, CTTC has accompanied the Ministry of Industry and Trade to implement the program "Improving Productivity, Quality, 5S and Training of Innovation Consultants" for many enterprises in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park.

      Not only training and job introduction, HIPC also pays special attention to supporting students with difficult circumstances but achieving good academic results. In 2017 and 2018, HIPC awarded 50 scholarships (VND 4 million/scholarship). The total support fund for students is more than VND 200 million.

      In addition, many enterprises that regularly recruit and receive interns in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park also have their own scholarships, demonstrating their interest and investment in the young generation.
