The unit with the largest number of lecturers participating in this activity was the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics (5 lecturers).
The lecturers prepared their teaching portfolios thoroughly, demonstrating seriousness, confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm in each lesson.
The enthusiastic participation and strong sense of solidarity among the lecturers created great encouragement and motivation for those taking part in the school-level teaching demonstration, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of this year’s event.
Many lessons effectively applied active teaching methods; in particular, the practical sessions flexibly integrated the 5S model, helping to enhance learners’ practical skills and work effectiveness.
The rate of lecturers completing lectures with excellent grades accounts for 70.8% of the total number of lectures participating in the activity, demonstrating the professional quality and serious investment of the teaching staff in preparing and implementing lectures.
Several lessons proactively integrated evaluation and reflection activities on the course curriculum, syllabus, and teaching materials. At the same time, lecturers began to apply artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT in their teaching practices to enhance interactivity and help learners access knowledge in a more flexible and creative way.
In addition to the well-prepared lessons, some lectures still showed limitations in identifying and clearly presenting the learning outcomes. This resulted in a lack of clear learning orientation and made it difficult to assess the learners’ level of achievement.
