INTERVIEW AND RECRUITMENT EVENT FOR MODULE EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN POSITION – INTEL PRODUCTS VIETNAM

AT CAO THANG TECHNICAL COLLEGE

      In the context of the semiconductor industry playing a central role in the global technological revolution, the collaboration between academia and industry has become a strategic direction in developing a high-quality technical workforce — individuals who master knowledge and are ready to conquer technology.

      On October 16, 2025, Intel Products Vietnam – a global leader in Assembly, Testing & Packing (ATP) and the operator of the largest semiconductor manufacturing facility in the Saigon Hi-Tech Park – collaborated with Cao Thang Technical College to organize an interview and recruitment event for the position of Module Equipment Technician at the college’s Hall A.

      The event attracted more than 200 Electrical and Electronics Engineering students, along with a large number of technical job seekers. With confidence, a progressive mindset, and the aspiration to “Lifelong Learning – Master Knowledge, Conquer Technology,” Cao Thang students demonstrated strong professional competence and readiness to step into the global technology environment.

Mr. Nguyen Thai Huy – Technical Engineering Group Test (TEGT) Head of Department

      At the event, Mr. Nguyen Thai Huy introduced an overview of the advanced semiconductor manufacturing process, the smart factory automation model, and Intel’s training and career development programs for technical staff. As part of the program, students had the opportunity to participate in technical interviews, undergo competency assessments, and potentially become official Intel employees immediately after the recruitment session.
