The event for final year students meet employers and successful alumni of the Mechatronics major is a program that takes place after students finish their graduation internship. On the morning of April 14, 2022, the Workshop "Job Search Skills 4.0" took place at Cao Thang Technical College. Company representatives shared the criteria that businesses need in candidates and the need for resources in the Mechatronics industry in the current period.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Van's speech is a message for final year Mechatronics students. Students are equipped with knowledge and skills at school in the training program, which is a valuable asset in their future work process. However, to choose job positions that suit their abilities and have good development opportunities, students need to be equipped with other necessary skills such as time management skills, goal setting skills, and other skills. The fourth industrial revolution that has been taking place since the 2000s is called the digital revolution, through technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), interactive virtual reality (AR), social networks, cloud computing, mobile, big data analysis (SMAC)... to transform the entire real world into a digital world. The fourth industrial revolution can be described as the birth of a series of new technologies, combining all knowledge in the physical, digital, and biological fields, and affecting all sectors, economies, economic sectors and industries. This revolution is emerging technological breakthroughs in fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, Internet of Things, self-driving cars, 3D printing technology, and nanotechnology.
