Through this affiliate program, the company will recruit students who finished their first year of study in Mechatronic Engineering Technology and Mechanical Engineering Technology and wish to study this program. If they meet the academic conditions as well as the necessary criteria of the company, they will be supported for tuition fees as well as internship and employment conditions at the company.

In recent years, due to the impact of the Covid epidemic, this cooperation training project has been interrupted for one course. This year, CTTC is very pleased and honored to continue to cooperate with the Schindler company in cooperation training.

Coming to the seminar, on behalf of Schindler Company with the presence of Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoang Long - Technical and Training Director, Ms. Lam Thi Bich Lieu - Human Resources Manager, Mr. Le Van Luong - Head of EI Maintenance Department, Mr. Nguyen Anh Quan - Program Coordinator, and Technican Nguyen Tuan Vy - Former student of  class CDT14S. On the side of Cao Thang Technical College, there were the presence of Mr. Truong Quang Trung - Vice Rector of the College, Mr. Tran Viet Dung - Head of the Training Department, Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Binh - Deputy Head of the International Cooperation and Technology Department, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Van - Dean of Mechanical Engineering Faculty, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Phuoc - Head of Mechatronics Department, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thong - Deputy Head of the Mechatronics Department. With the presence of more than 100 students majoring in mechatronics technical engineering and mechanical technical engineering, which made the atmosphere at the seminar was lively.

Mr. Truong Quang Trung expressed his thanks to Schindler Company for choosing CTTC to cooperate in implementing the cooperation training program, and wished that this cooperation would be further developed. The Schindler company is a well-known brand name as a solid and intelligent transfer solution provider globally. To maintain human resources development for elevator industry, Schindler chose Cao Thang as a partner in training and human resource development to install and maintain the elevators. Up to now, the program has enrolled 7 courses from class CDT13S to class CDT18S and class CDT20S, each class has 20 students. The teachers who assigned to teach these classes have good professional competence and high technicality. To date, there are 6 classes graduated from this program (about 121 students) and 1 class with 10 students in progress.

CTTC is always concerned in training quality and constantly improves teaching methods, teaching equipment to always be a place to provide high-quality technical human resources.

In 2014, Schindler Elevator Company and Cao Thang Technical College jointly developed a training program to link elevator technicians and Mechatronics Engineering Technology. The course was built on the framework program for College level, majoring in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, issued together with Decision No. 64/2007/QD-BGDĐT dated November 1, 2007 by the Minister of Education and Training. Affiliated Universities/Colleges can propose to change/add new content & sequence of subjects. However, it is still necessary to ensure the training content & quality of the important modules for Schindler Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Eligibility: First-year-college students majoring in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering with good health. To be admitted to this program, students have to take a test on IQ, knowledge of physics (Mechanical + Electrical), informatics and English communication. Then comes to the face-to-face interview about behavior and problem-solving abilities.

Students will receive 2 Degrees: (1) Mechatronics Engineering Degree issued by Cao Thang Technical College and (2) Elevator Installation and Maintenance Certificate issued by Schindler Vietnam (1 year after graduation).
