Cao Thang Technical College (CTTC) said that since 2016, CTTC  has received a lot of support from the JICA-IUH project and the KOSEN project such as 5S, promoting safety knowledge, developing new technologies, teaching skills and soft skills for lecturers and students, improving training programs… Particularly from the KOSEN project, CTTC has been supported to improve the training program of the Mechatronic Engineering Technology program according to KOSEN's MCC standard and is now 87% compatible with the original program. In addition, CTTC also said that in recent years, the relationships with Japanese businesses have been developed through a number of activities supported by the KOSEN Headquarter.

     Through the meeting, Cao Thang Technical College expressed the proposals that need support from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in language or specialized volunteers to teach Japanese to students, lecturers or participate in activities to improve training programs, improve equipment for practice, etc.; supporting lecturers and students to have the opportunity to study and improve their capacity in Japan; supporting CTTC in establishing a Japanese Language Center at the school campus and expanding relationships with Japanese businesses in Vietnam and Japan, etc.

     Responding to the proposals from Cao Thang Technical College, JICA said that they will pay special attention to the proposals of CTTC and will give an answer in the most appropriate time. Regarding the proposal of volunteers to teach Japanese, JICA said that they would convey the CTTC's wishes to the Japan Foundation and promised to have cooperation and support in the future.
