Admission 2017

1. General information

-  Training duration: 3 years

-  Quota: 700 students for Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology.

- Admission Conditions: High school diploma; Admission is based on the results of the national graduation examination, equivalent to the combinations of subjects as described below. 

- Combinations of subjects: To apply for Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology program please choose one combination from the following:

     + A00 (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry) or

     + A01 (Mathematics, Physics, and English)

- Benchmarking: The program will select students with the highest scores from top down, until the quota is met. 

- Admission area: all regions across Vietnam

- Registration: Applicants submit applications at CTTC from April 03 to July 28, 2017 by one of the following options:

     + Create online application following the link provided

    + Submission of registration form via mail delivery to Cao Thang Technical College, at 65 Huynh Thuc Khang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City

     + Direct submission of both registration form and fee at Cao Thang Technical College, located at 65 Huynh Thuc Khang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City

- Admission results: announced by 31/07/2017, on the website: http://caothang.edu.vn

- Fee: 30,000VND

 

2. Register for admission

A.  Register before the results of national graduation exam are announced.

A1. Register online at CTTC website

1. Step 1: Register online at: http://tuyensinh.caothang.edu.vn

2. Step 2: Candidates are granted an account.

After successful registration, candidates will receive the confirmation of the account (called candidate profile code) and password (default is the ID number of the candidate) by mail (via email address registered in advance). Candidates use this account to track status of records, update information, change selection of degree program, view enrollment results, enrollment alerts, and related issues.

3. Step 3: Pay the application fee in one of three ways:

a. Submit directly at Financial - Accounting Department, 1st Floor, Building E, Cao Thang Technical College, 65 Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.

b. Pay by post: (Candidates must pay additional postage fees) the fee is to be sent to CTTC at the address above (Section 3.a).

c. Pay fee by transferring by bank.

-  Attachment fee: Full name of applicant, ID card number

-  Account name: Cao Thang Technical College.

- Account number: 1900.201.449.763 - Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank), Sai Gon Center Branch

4. Step 4: Register for updates (see section B.B1 below).

Candidates must register to update the results of the exams that they have registered after the results of the 2017 National high school exam. Candidates can also update their registered selection of degree program (only once, before 28/7/2017), and other necessary updates.
 

A2. Register via post

1. Step 1: Print the selection form, then fill in the information.

2. Step 2: Submit the application form by express services, address: 65 Huynh Thuc Khang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Step 3: Pay the application fee (see Section A, A1 Apply Online, Step 3: Pay the fee above)

4. Step 4: Candidates are granted an account.

After CTTC receives the validation slip, the candidate will receive a mail (via registered mail address) confirming the account (known as Candidate's Candidate Code) and password (worn The ID number of the candidate). Candidates use this account to track status of records, update information, change selection of degree program view enrollment results, enrollment alerts, and related issues.

5. Step 5: Sign up for updates (see section B.B1 below).

Candidates must register to update the results of the exams that they have registered after the results of the 2017 high school exam. Candidates can also update their registered selection of degree program (only once, before 28/7/2017), and other necessary updates.
 

A3. Register directly at CTTC

- Step 1: Receive registration form (form DKXT-CT01) at (recruitment department) training room, 1st floor of block E, Cao Thang Technical College, 65 Huynh Thuc Khang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City.

- Step 2: Submit the registration form at the admissions department.

- Step 3: Make payment at Financial - Accounting Department, Floor I, Building E, Cao Thang Technical College, 65 Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.

- Step 4: Return to the Training Department to complete the procedure.

- Step 5: Candidates are granted an account.

After completing the procedure, the candidate will receive the email (via registered mail address) of the accountant (named candidate's profile) and password (default is the applicant's ID number). Candidates use this account to track status of records, update information, change selection of degree program, view enrollment results, enrollment alerts, and related issues.

- Step 6: Register for updates (see section B. B1 below).

Candidates must register to update the results of the exams that they have registered after the results of the 2017 high school exam. Candidates can also update their registered selection of degree program (only once, before 28/7/2017), and other necessary updates.
 
B. Register after the results of the National graduation examination 2017 are announced

B1. Registration is up to date: Only for candidates who have registered for Cao Thang before the results of the National High School Examination. In the high school 2017 exams; update personal information; adjust your selection of degree program, if needed, in one of the following three ways:

a. Online update at CTTC website

By using the account granted to update information, then attach a photo / scan certificate of the National High School Examination 2017 results.

b. Post update via post (using express services)

Candidates send updated papers and copies of the certificate of the National High School Examination 2017 results by post to address 65 Huynh Thuc Khang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

c. Update the certificate of results high school 2017 directly at CTTC

Candidates submit updated papers and copies of certificates of the National High School Examination 2017 results to the recruitment department training room, floor 1, block E, CTTC, 65 Huynh Thuc Khang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
 

B2. Registration for new applicants: Candidates who have not registered for admission prior to the results of the national high school graduation exam 2017 are applying for admission in the following forms:

a. Online application

Candidates register once, all information, at http://tuyensinh.caothang.edu.vn in steps 1, 2, 3 A.A1 above.

After completing the procedure, the candidate will receive the email (via registered mail address) of the accountant (named candidate's profile) and password (default is the applicant's ID number). Candidates use this account to track status of records, update information, change selection of degree program, view enrollment results, enrollment alerts, and related issues.

b. Application for registration by post (using express services)

Candidates fully register information on registration papers, and proceed to steps 1, 2, 3, 4, A.A2 above. Candidates shall attach a copy of the high school examination certificate if granted.

After completing the procedure, the candidate will receive the email (via registered mail address) of the accountant (named candidate's profile) and password (default is the applicant's ID number). Candidates use this account to track status of records, update information, change selection of degree program, view enrollment results, enrollment alerts, and related issues.

c. Apply for admission directly at CTTC

Candidates complete registration of registration papers, and proceed to steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A.A3 above. Candidates must submit a copy of their high school examination certificate if granted.

After completing the procedure, the candidate will receive the email (via registered mail address) of the accountant (named candidate's profile) and password (default is the applicant's ID number). Candidates use this account to track status of records, update information, change selection of degree program, view enrollment results, enrollment alerts, and related issues.

Note:

- All registered applicants may update their registration information as needed, however, only one change of selection of degree program will be made, before 28 July 2017, in the manner described above.

- Candidates must submit the original hard copy of the high school exam results certificate to confirm the admission according to the timeline notified.
